Check:
Is LabelChop running?
Did the PDF land in the watched folder?
Is the correct printer selected in LabelChop?
Is the printer online?
Are labels loaded correctly?
Can the printer print a test page from Windows/Mac settings?
This usually means the full A4 page was printed onto a 4x6 label.
Fix:
Make sure LabelChop is processing the PDF instead of manually printing the original PDF.
Confirm the PDF is saved into the watch folder.
Confirm the printer paper size is 4x6 / 100x150mm.
Usually caused by paper size, scaling, or orientation.
Fix:
Set paper size to 4x6 inch / 100x150mm.
Try the opposite orientation if your printer driver offers it.
Make sure scaling is not set to shrink or fit A4.
Try:
Recalibrate the printer.
Check labels are loaded the right way around.
Confirm you are using direct thermal labels, not ordinary paper labels.
Clean the printhead if needed.
Try:
Increase darkness/print density in the printer driver.
Slow the print speed.
Use better quality direct thermal labels.
Clean the printhead.
Install or reinstall the official printer driver, then restart LabelChop.
