Using LabelChop with MyPost Business

LabelChop is built around the MyPost Business label workflow.

MyPost Business commonly downloads labels as A4 PDFs. The actual shipping label may sit in one part of the A4 page, while your thermal printer expects a 4x6 / 100x150mm label.

LabelChop handles that conversion automatically.

Basic workflow

1. Create the shipment in MyPost Business.

2. Download the label PDF.

3. Make sure it saves into your LabelChop watch folder.

4. LabelChop detects the PDF.

5. LabelChop crops the label and prints it on your thermal printer.

eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon AU

If these platforms route the shipping label through MyPost Business and produce the same style of label PDF, LabelChop should treat it like a MyPost Business label.

If the label prints too small

This usually means the full A4 page was sent to the thermal printer instead of the cropped label.

Check:

• LabelChop is running.

• The label PDF landed in the watched folder.

• You are not manually printing the original A4 PDF.

• The thermal printer paper size is set to 4x6 / 100x150mm.
