Supported thermal printers

LabelChop works with thermal printers that are installed on your computer and configured for 4x6 inch / 100x150mm labels.

Common supported printer brands

• Dymo LabelWriter 4XL and 5XL

• Zebra GK, ZD, and similar desktop label printers

• Brother QL-1100 and QL-1110NWB

• MUNBYN thermal printers

• Rollo thermal printers

• Other 4x6 / 100x150mm direct thermal printers

Printer setup checklist

Before using LabelChop, make sure:

• The printer driver is installed.

• The printer appears in your system printer list.

• The label size is set to 4x6 inch or 100x150mm.

• Labels are loaded correctly.

• The printer can print a test page from your system settings.

If your printer does not appear in LabelChop

Try:

1. Install or reinstall the official driver.

2. Restart the computer.

3. Open LabelChop again.

4. Confirm the printer appears in Windows/Mac printer settings.

If it still does not appear, contact support with your printer model and operating system.
