Getting started with LabelChop

Follow these steps to get your first label printing.

1. Create your account

Go to LabelChop and start the free trial. The trial is 14 days and does not require a credit card.

2. Install the desktop app

Download and install the LabelChop desktop app for your computer.

If Windows SmartScreen shows a warning, this can happen with newer desktop apps. Click More info and then Run anyway if you downloaded LabelChop from the official site.

3. Choose your watch folder

During setup, choose the folder where your shipping labels land.

For most users, this is:

• Downloads

You can also choose a custom folder such as:

• Desktop/Labels

• Documents/Shipping Labels

4. Select your thermal printer

Pick your 4x6 / 100x150mm thermal printer from the printer list.

If your printer does not show up, install the printer driver first, then restart LabelChop.

5. Download a test label

Create or download a test label from MyPost Business. Save it to the watched folder while LabelChop is running.

If everything is set correctly, the label should print automatically.

If nothing prints

Check:

• LabelChop is running.

• The PDF landed in the watched folder.

• The correct printer is selected.

• The printer is online and has labels loaded.

• The printer driver is installed.
